Delta State University Abraka’s administration prioritizes 100-level and final-year students over those in the 200-, 300-, and 400-level programs. This is because it allows freshers to swiftly settle in and plan for a new chapter in their lives, as well as convenient access to fellow new students, resources, tutorials, and lecture rooms on a first-come, first-served basis.

DELSU HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION FEE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
The following are the accommodation fees for all DELSU hostels. Hostel accommodation is available for both new and returning students for the academic year 2025/2026.
The hostel accommodation fee is between 30,000 and 36,000 Naira each student.
HOW TO APPLY FOR DELSU HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION 2025/2026 SESSION
To apply for DELSU hostel accommodation fees, newly admitted students should follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: To apply for DELSU hostel accomodation, visit the school portal at https://portal.delsu.edu.ng/ Login with your username and password.
Step 2: Follow the instructions to make payment.
Step 3: Take your payment proof (online slip) to the student affairs division for documentation and hostel placement.
NOTE:
Students who desire space in any of the designated halls should submit a payment sheet to student affairs.
As hostel accommodation is limited, DELSU bed space will be allocated on a ‘FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS’.
