The AAUA hostel accommodation fees is now available to both new and returning students, with a focus on fresh and final-year students. Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba’s administration prioritizes 100-level and final-year students over students in the 200, 300, and 400 level programs, as appropriate. This is because it allows freshers to swiftly settle in and plan for a new chapter in their lives, as well as convenient access to fellow new students, resources, tutorials, and lecture rooms on a first-come, first-served basis. This is likewise the case with final-year students, but it does not Adekunle Ajasin University’s Akungba hostel accommodation is suitable for students.
AAUA hostel accommodation fees vary by hostel. I’ll post the hostel fees below, so you can decide whether you want to use the school hostel or rent a room outside of the AAUA campus. The following are the hostel accommodation fees for all AAUA hostels. The dormitory housing is available for both new and returning students for the academic year 2025/2026.
Hostel Accommodation Fee is 105,000 Naira per student.
HOW TO APPLY FOR AAUA HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION
To apply for AAUA hostel accommodation fees, newly admitted students should follow the steps outlined below:
Step 1: To apply for AAUA hostel accommodation, go to https://hostel.aaua.edu.ng/ and log in using your matric number.
Step 2: Follow the instructions to make payment.
Step 3: Take your payment proof (online slip) to the student affairs division for documentation and hostel placement.
Note
Visitors who desire space in any of the designated halls should submit a payment sheet to student affairs.
As hostel accommodation is limited, AAUA bed space will be allocated on a ‘FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS’.
