Zamfara State University Talata Mafara (ZAMSUT) continues to grow steadily as one of the youngest state universities in Northern Nigeria. Admission Requirements for 2026

You need a minimum JAMB UTME score of 140 to be eligible for screening. Competitive courses such as Computer Science, Accounting, and Microbiology usually require 180 or higher. You must have five O’Level credits in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings. Direct entry admission is available for candidates with ND, NCE, or IJMB qualifications. Post-UTME screening is compulsory for all applicants. The university normally conducts the screening in two batches, July/August and September/October.
