Many courses at Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike (FUNAI) require Physics as a prerequisite. These cover all engineering courses such as Chemical, Civil, Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, and Petroleum Engineering. Computer Science, Geology, Geophysics, and Physics all require Physics as a basic course.
English literature is commonly required for entry to the Mass Communication course at FUNAI. So, if you don’t have any Literature credits, you may be ineligible for this course.
FUNAI offers engineering courses that include energy in general, such as Petroleum Engineering and Chemical Engineering, but no specialized course on Energy Management. However, these courses address energy production and consumption.
Many courses remain available to students who do not have a background in biology. Biology is not required in courses offered by the Faculty of Humanities, including English and Literary Studies, History and Strategic Studies, Philosophy, and Theatre Arts.
Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics and Development Studies, Mass Communication, Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology are among the courses available to students who do not have a background in biology.
FUNAI does not offer a course titled International Business for individuals who are interested in taking it. However, the Business Administration course covers business on a worldwide basis, providing insight into multinational corporate practices and strategies.
