LASU hostel accommodation fees are now open for both new and returning students, with a focus on fresh and final-year students. The management of Lagos State University, Ojo prioritizes both 100-level and final-year students over students in the 200-, 300-, and 400-level programs, as applicable. This is because it allows freshers to readily settle in and plan for a new part of their lives, as well as easy access to other new students, materials, tutorials, and lecture halls on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Lagos State University, Ojo hostel accommodation is suitable for students. The LASU hostel accommodation charge varies by hostel. I’ll put the hostel fees below, so you can decide if you want to use the school hostel or rent a room outside of the LASU campus. Please keep in mind that staying in a hostel at LASU is optional. However, it is recommended that first-year students stay on campus for at least one year.
HOW MUCH IS LASU HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION FEE 2025/2026 ACADEMIC SESSION
Hostel accommodation fees range from 60,000 to 80,000 Naira per student, depending on the hostel.
HOW TO APPLY FOR LASU ACCOMMODATION FEE 2025/2026 SESSION
The online application portal, which is meant to ensure a fair and efficient allocation process, will open on Friday, September 5, 2025, allowing new and returning students to apply and be assigned hostels on a first-come, first-served basis.
New students, on the other hand, will be able to apply only after being admitted, allowing them to benefit from the university’s reserved quota.
